These terms and conditions of use (the "T&Cs") set out the rules for accessing and using the website https://www.cervejasagres.pt (the “Site”).

1. ACCESS AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1. Access to and use of the Site, as well as access to the text content, messages, information, photographs, videos, services, and other content contained on the Site ("Contents"), means the acceptance, without reservation, condition, or modification, of these T&C.
1.2. Unless otherwise stated, all Content and web pages available on the Site belong to or their use has been licensed to SCC – Sociedade Central de Cervejas e Bebidas, S.A (“SCC”).
1.3. SCC reserves the right to change, add or delete all or part of these T&C and to establish new terms of use. Such changes or additions to the T&C will become effective after they are published on the Site.
1.4. You may at any time read the updated version of all documents on the Site by clicking on "Terms and Conditions of Use", "Data Protection Policy" and "Cookies Policy" in the footer of the Site.
Please read these T&C carefully. Your access to the Site or your use of the Content constitutes your acceptance of these T&C.

2. USE OF THE CONTENTS
2.1. You may use the Contents displayed or published on the Site exclusively for personal purposes, through the Internet, under the terms of these T&C.
2.2. Any modification, copy, distribution, transmission, broadcasting, publication, licensing, reproduction, namely on websites, or creation of contents or works based on or incorporating the Contents, as well as any use thereof other than that provided for in the preceding paragraph, is strictly forbidden.
2.3. SCC may, at any time and at its sole convenience, change, suspend or discontinue any of the Contents made available on the Site without the need for prior notice and without this resulting in any obligation to compensate third parties for the change.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
As a condition of the access and use permitted under these T&C, the User undertakes to comply with the following:
a) Respect the rights of SCC and third parties;
b) Not to offend against good customs and to respect any and all legal provisions by the correct and proper use of the Site in strict compliance with these T&C which you have read, understood and accepted in full and without any reservations; and
Not to modify the source code or software in any way, or use modified forms of the same, namely with the aim of obtaining unauthorised access to the Contents or any reserved content.


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1. Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights over the Website and the Contents belong or are licensed to SCC. These rights include, namely, the copyright and industrial property rights on the SCC brands and logos.
4.2. SCC will not tolerate any infringement of its intellectual property rights and will take appropriate action in defence of its interests.
